An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) must be obtained from
www.slim-30.com before returning any merchandise. Please contact us
at 916.382.4827 for an RGA. An original invoice number is required
to obtain an RGA. Goods returned without an RGA number on the shipping
carton will be refused. Returned goods other than defects will be
subject to a 25% restocking fee. No RGAs may be requested after 21
days of receipt. All authorized returns must be accompanied by a copy
of the original invoice from Slim-30.com. Merchandise must be
unopened,unused and in the original box. Credit will not be issued on
improperly packaged returns, regardless of the reason for return.
Any returns without a RMA# will not be accepted.
All sales are final after 21 days from receiving.
Shipping & handling fee is non-refundable. We are only responsible for
